We are certified Maxwell DISC Consultants.  

When your team members complete the assessment they will each receive their own 30 page report along with a personal debrief session + a 2 hour team training.  This will help with increased understanding of each other for deeper connection within the team and it is a lot of fun!

We also have access to numerous John Maxwell lunch & learn topics for leadership building skills as well as soft skill development.  Lunch & learns are a great way for teams to learn in a quick, easy, and fun format. They provide an avenue for connection away from the daily activities of the business.
